Berea KY Two-System Bryant HVAC and Ductless Upgrade
Madison HVAC/R completed a two-system residential comfort upgrade in Berea, KY, after both existing systems stopped operating and the home developed uneven temperatures. The goal was not simply to make a quick equipment swap. The homeowner needed a complete plan designed around how the different areas of the house are actually used.
One side of the home received a Bryant 2.5-ton straight air conditioner, Bryant furnace, matching indoor cased coil, a new line set, and minor duct modifications. The other side received a 48,000-BTU Bryant multi-zone system with five wall-mounted indoor units sized for their respective spaces. These Ductless Mini Splits provide targeted heating and cooling where the home needed individual comfort control.
Combining a conventional Bryant heating and cooling system with a multi-zone ductless solution created a practical two-system approach for the entire residence. The completed installation addresses the failed equipment and uneven temperatures with equipment selected for each part of the home. By investing in a coordinated long-term comfort plan instead of piecemeal repairs, the homeowner now has a more reliable and balanced solution for year-round comfort.
