Heat Pump Change Out in Berea, KY
Customer called at 4:50pm on 2/21 for no a/c. Set him up for a morning appt on 2/22/23. Customer had a failed condensing fan motor and reversing valve. Parts were out of warranty. Customer did not want costly repairs for this system. We quoted him a new hvac system 2/22/23. We installed the new 4-ton heat pump, air handler, 20kw heat kit, and thermostat the next day on 2/23/23. Customer is delighted and has a shiny new 10-yr part's warranty and a 1-yr labor warranty.
