Existing customer reports that their old downstairs system has been icing up on the outdoor unit, and the ice doesn't melt off. We instructed them to turn the unit off until their needed service call.
Technician findings:The system has a refrigerant leak and needs replaced in it's entirety given age, condition, and R-22.
