Comprehensive HVAC Service for New Richmond, KY Client
A New Richmond, KY, customer from the picturesque Quail West subdivision reached out to us with HVAC concerns. They experienced an iced-up lower-level system last winter and water leakage from the upper-level system’s drain pan—potential disasters waiting to happen.
Upon inspection, as anticipated, we found the upstairs heat and AC unit’s drain clogged, a common issue in the spring. Routine preventative maintenance can prevent such clogged condensates, protecting your ceilings and floors.
The downstairs system also had problems, beginning with a faulty thermostat. After defrosting the air handler’s coil, we discovered an R-22 refrigerant leak and provided a quote for a replacement system.
We quoted, sold, and installed a 15-SEER Bryant Heat Pump and Air Handler for the downstairs system. As always, we pulled a permit for our customer's protection. We registered their 10-year manufacturer’s warranty and provided our standard 1-year installation warranty.
This customer opted into financing, which we offer to qualified buyers, including those with less-than-perfect credit.
It’s important to know that HVAC technicians in Kentucky must hold a Journeyman’s license, working under a master license holder. An apprentice must always be accompanied.
